We went to the Zoo Lights at Hogle Zoo last night! I LOVE the zoo and have been wanting to take Cannon for a long time so I am glad we finally got to go! It was FREEZING cold, but we were well bundled and had lots of fun! Cannon loved it! I am not sure if it was the lights he loved or just being able to walk around and not tucked into his stroller! Either it was really cool. They had a few buildings open to warm up in and some of those free standing propane heaters, every time we stood by one Cannon would point up and say "hot, hot." So cute! It was a really fun family activity and pretty cheap. For all of you bargain hunters out there, Thursdays are $3.00 with a zoo lights voucher from any Dans or Maceys grocery store.
BTW, there were not a lot of animals out, except for the COUGAR! That was probably Brandon's favorite part, you know how he feels about those cougs!!

That is so cute!! I had no idea the zoo did that during the Christmas season maybe we will have to catch it sometime. Maybe next year. Cannon is so cute!!
Brandon should be embarrased about those cougs ;) Looks like a fun night out.
That looks like so much fun - but WAY too cold for my taste. I didn't know they did lights at the Zoo for Christmas time -what a fun time for your cute family.
