What a kid!

Last night I was making dinner and noticed it was little too quiet for my liking! So I thought I better go see what the mischievous Cannon Ball was up to. This is how I found him! Somehow he got his little lawn chair up on my bed and was just making himself comfy taking in the weather with Kevin Eubank. Not even five minutes later he fell off the bed in the chair. I had to laugh, but it was partly my fault because I didn't tell him to get down. Oh what a kid!

Here are some other happenings around our house and sadly none of them have happened on his dads time, it has been all me.

This morning I was doing some Primary stuff on the computer and Cannon was playing on the floor next to me. I guess I should have been paying attention to what he was playing with because pretty soon I saw sparks flying out of the wall! I looked over to find a set of keys sticking out of the outlet and the result is this...

I quickly removed the keys and had to reset the breaker. I was worried I would be electrocuted, kids have no FEAR! Oh and the BEST part of that little fire hazard was Cannon's reaction. He pointed to the, now black, outlet and said with a big grin, "that cool mom."

Last week we made cookies, I turned away for a moment and Cannon had decided it was time to mix, turning the kitchen aid on FULL BLAST right after we had put all the flour in. Yes, the result was much messier than I would have preferred. And really this picture doesn't do the mess justices. It was EVERYWHERE!

And lastly, this is Cannon in both a regular diaper and a swim diaper. Don't ask me why but for some reason he just HAD to wear both diapers. He had been screaming and begging all morning until I finally gave in. He must have been feeling a little leaky that day.

So really, do I need to say anything other than, "what a kid!"
I think that pretty much sums it up!

Funniest kid! Holy cow, that incident with the outlet would have freaked me out, though!

Your kid needs to go to boot camp and you need to head to a spa for the whole day!
