Brooky Turns 1!

I'm not sure how this happened but on June 18 my sweet Brooklyn turned 1! This last year has flown by!

In one short year this girl has changed our lives more than I could have imagined. She has a crinkled nose smile that can light up even the worst of days. She has gut belly laugh that will keep you begging for more. She has the attitude of a stubborn, confident, mesmerizing little angel. She is happy, loving, contagiously happy little girl and boy do we LOVE her!!!

If you don't love this face then you just don't love!

Brooky's party was kind of an 3 in 1. Brandon was heading out of town and wouldn't be there for Fathers Day. Casey, Brandon's little brother, was heading off to the MTC that Wednesday and of course Miss B was having her birthday.

Here she is playing with her little cousin Kara and her new shopping cart from Grandma Chris and Grandpa Grant. She hadn't tried this walking trick until she got her cart. She loves to push it around the house, I'm sure because she can walk with it.

Here are her party people! Notice uncle Casey trying to sneak a kiss before he leaves on the mish! His darling girlfriend Ashley was there she didn't seem to mind too much. :)

She got a baby doll from the Kumps. A cart and a purse from Grandma and Grandpa W. Clothes from Grandma and Grandpa P. A turtle puzzle and clothes from Grandma Karen. A beauty set from Auntie Millie. Money from her Grandma Barrow and aunt Becky. Money from Great Grandma and Grandpa Percival,. A darling dress and matching bow from uncle Nick and Aunt Jaimie and boys. Clothes, a book, diapers, a party and lots of love from mom, dad and Cannon.

What one year old needs this much stuff! She must be loved or spoiled or both!

After a long afternoon of partying she was ready for a nap!!!

Later that evening she was back at it with her cart!
